Reservable Spaces
When not in use for Library programs, meetings, and other Library purposes, the Gathering Place and Idea Lab are available to non-profit, community, educational, civic, and cultural groups; and businesses in White Lake Township provided their meetings are open to the general public. To apply for a room reservation you must be a White Lake Township Library card holder in good standing who is 18 years old or older.
Library Hours
Meeting rooms may be reserved half an hour after opening until half an hour before closing.
Monday - Thursday: 10 am - 8 pm
Friday and Saturday: 10 am - 5 pm
Closed on Sundays
Meeting Room Rental Rates
Gathering Place A&B (Seating 100): (Nonprofit Rate) $30 - 2hrs : (Business Rate) $60 - 2hrs
Gathering Place A (Seating 40): (Nonprofit Rate) $20 - 2hrs : (Business Rate) $40 - 2hrs
Gathering Place B (Seating 50): (Nonprofit Rate) $20 - 2hrs : (Business Rate) $40 - 2hrs
Idea Lab (Seating 20): (Nonprofit Rate) $15 - 2hrs : (Business Rate) $30 - 2hrs
Additional hours may be reserved for ½ of the 2-hour fee. A room may be reserved for a maximum of four hours.
Reservations must be made between 60 days in advance and three business days in advance. Groups may use rooms once per month. Reservations must be cancelled at least seven days in advance to receive a refund.
